LD Pho - Banh Mi North York: Authentic Vietnamese Pho & Banh Mi with Warm, Family-Run Hospitality

The owner, her mom and boyfriend are absolutely adorable and so kind! I had the soup with rare beef….. SO delicious! We also ordered the pork belly sandwich and assorted meat. Again, incredible! To top it off the Vietnamese coffee might be the best iced coffee I’ve had! I highly recommend this hidden gem…. Prices very reasonable, support local and fantastic service! Thank you!

This restaurant is a true gem! The Vietnamese food here is absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish tastes authentic and made with care. The iced coffee is also incredible , rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, and the entire place is spotless, very clean and comfortable. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality Vietnamese food and a warm dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food is super good, not to mention the subs are quite big. Got 5 banh mis for my family and they all loved them. The family favorite was the pho banh mi, it's delicious and warming especially on a cold day. Lysa and her mom were also an absolute delight! The service here is amazing, they make you feel like family, not just a customer. Definitely coming back! Great sandwiches and great people :)

The place is compact, clean and welcoming. Liza and her mom were warm, friendly and attentive. It's rare to find a place that combines with great food, generous portions and such good prices. It was like walking to my auntie's place..a very homey vibe! The Pho Dac Biet was rich, balanced and flavorful. The broth has that deep, comforting taste which was really simmered for hours. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the portion size was huge for the price. The succullent taste of the grilled lemongrass chicken truly complements the lightness and crispiness of the bread. This family run restaurant is truly a hidden gem!! Found this while checking out the new Line 6 and was in walking distance from the station. Pho broth was among the best I've had (homemade feel), coffee was great, and we had the banh mi as take out which we heated up the next day and still tasted delicious. Would make the trek back here!

AMAZING place! The food is great, service is amazing! It’s a family business and the staff is so friendly! You should a 100% try this place for Vietnamese food. I have never had such flavour filled food. It’s rich in flavour but so light you feel great after your meal. Definitely try it out.

Their phở broth was incredibly flavorful, you can truly taste the hours of slow cooking in every sip. The bánh mì was perfectly crispy on the outside, with delicious, generous fillings inside. The prices, the service, and the portions were all just perfect. From the moment we walked in, Lisa welcomed us with such warm, positive energy. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we just might become regulars!

Super tasty banh mi and friendly service! It’s a family owned and run business and the quality of food and ingredients seem fresh and good quality. The coffee has a bit of chocolate and tastes like a dessert in a good way! The Pho Tai Banh Mi is something I haven’t seen before and the broth is very tasty :) we will be back for sure!
